Job Description

The successful candidate will be part of the Safety, Security and Quality (SSQ) Development department. He/ She will manage SSQ’s systems, provide user support for systems and IT related matters, and work collaboratively with users to enhance existing systems and on development of new systems. 2) IT & Systems Support

• Maintain documentation on SSQ’s system processes
• Act as a liaison between users and ITD/ vendors for system related matters
• Co-ordinate IT asset and user ID recertification exercises
• Secretariat for divisional IT meetings

3) Systems Development & Project Management

• Work with users on business process re-engineering to streamline SSQ’s processes
