Responsibilities

• Provide hardware/software break-fix support for business-critical systems across various industries, including Hospitality, Healthcare, Government, and Financial sectors.

• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues reported by managed service agents, identifying root causes and implementing timely solutions.

• Lead and deliver Tech-Refresh projects, ensuring timely completion.

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.

• Participate in a 24/7 rotational standby duty for P1/P2 escalations after office hours, including weekends and public holidays.

• Performing Risk Assessment and bug scrub reviews on reported security network vulnerabilities from vendor products.

• Report network status and performance to key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in network support operations for large-scale network infrastructure.

• Strong knowledge of network technologies, including routing, switching, firewalls, FTTH access networks, SASE, and SD-WAN.

• Proficient in configuring firewalls, routing&switching and wireless network to maximize network efficiency and security.

• Proven expertise in core switching and routing (CCIE certification preferred).

• Hands-on experience with Firewall/Security technologies (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, SASE, SD-WAN).

• Practical experience with Huawei NCE Campus/Fabric solutions.(HCIE or HCIP preferred)

Scope of Work:

Counter Service to manage stakeholders’ needs

• Front desk duties include attending to the needs of walk-o in customers (such as parents, visitors, partners, teachers, staff, and students) in a professional, prompt and friendly manner. This also includes assisting students according to the school’s guidelines such as issuing graduation certificates and other documents.
• Accept goods on behalf of staff and coordinate with them to ensure receipt of the items.
• Handle incoming calls professionally and ensure they are answered within 3 rings.
• Issue stationery and loan items and provide guidance to users on the appropriate forms to use.
• Notify the General Office when stationery and first aid supplies in the Sick Bay need replenishment.
• Administer basic first aid to injured or ill students in the Sick Bay and issue excuse chits for students who need to leave school early.
• Manage lost and found items, ensuring they are promptly recorded, labeled, and organized in a timely manner.

Students’ Support

• Handle administrative duties such as data entry, verify and check on completeness of forms and documents submission such as MOE FAS application forms and leave application forms.
• Handle the latecomers by updating the latecoming details at the google form, issuing latecomer’s slip, daily updating of students’ attendance and notifying OM on students issued with Corrective Work Order.
• Manage parents’ appointments for key personnel during Parents-Teachers Meetings.
• Support Discipline Master in the safekeeping of Ezlink cards/ handphone for latecomers/students.

Other Administrative Support

• Provide administrative support for fund raising events.
• Maintain the orderliness and cleanliness of reception counter.
• Handle adhoc duties and projects assigned by the School.

The Services required are set out as follows:

1. Programme Design and Implementation

 Organize and manage activities during student engagement

programme (e.g., Reintegration Programme, The Catalyst

Programme, After-School Engagement) during term time.

 Organize and manage activities at the school’s after-school

engagement centre, ensuring they are meaningful and engaging

for students.

 Develop holiday programmes during school breaks to maintain

student engagement.

2. Student Supervision and Support

 Supervise students during activities, ensuring safety and positive

interactions.

 Help manage and guide students towards building positive peer

relationships and social-emotional competencies.

 Monitor and track student participation, following up with school

personnel on non-participation.

3. Mentoring and Guidance

 Mentor identified students with a focus on goal-setting, academic

support, and building social-emotional learning (SEL)

competencies.

 Collaborate with teachers-in-charge to equip students with the

relevant skills and values.

4. Resource Management and Activity Preparation

 Ensure the provision and preparation of necessary materials for

all student engagement activities.

 Engage students in maintaining the designated after-school

engagement room, ensuring it is conducive for activities.

5. Monitoring and Reporting

 Provide termly evaluations of the programmes, collecting

feedback from students and preparing reports for school.

 Share updates and progress on student participation and

programme impact for ongoing monitoring and improvement.

 Ensure adherence to the school’s code of conduct during all

activities.

6. Collaboration with School Personnel

 Work closely with school personnel to provide follow-up support

for students needing additional help, including connecting

students with community resources.

 Assist with other school-wide initiatives that support the holistic

7. Review and Improvement

 Conduct review of the student engagement programme at the

end of the academic year, recommending improvements for

future implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and configure infrastructure systems and applications (e.g. Active Directory Services, Data Centre, video conferencing, audio system, telephony, server storage, backup, etc.), network devices (Firewall, routers, VPN, internet proxy, wireless, etc.), desktop, mobile devices and other remote devices.
• Provide technical support to both Local and Overseas branches’ users over the LAN and WAN without compromising security.
• Provide L1/L2 support and participate as a team lead or member in projects.

Requirements:

• CCNA certification is advantageous

• Expertise in enterprise networking, including implementation and support of WAN, LAN, and VPN optimization
• Proficient in managing Microsoft Server 2012 and newer versions, Microsoft 365, and Google Suite products/services
• Knowledgeable in internet architecture, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Proxy, and Firewall configurations
• Familiar with devices such as Alcatel PABX, FortiGate, Cisco, and Unifi Wireless AP Controllers
