ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

a) Incident Logging and Ticket Handling: Log and process incidents, issues, and service requests submitted by users through phone or email in an incident management tool, resolving them in a timely and effective manner according to internal SLA. Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot various hotel guestroom appliances such as safes, minibars, kettles, hairdryers, irons, and clocks.
• Manage the entire spare parts inventory and improve inventory control processes.
• Handle technical issues for local and overseas hotel customers and generate investigation reports.
• Collaborate closely with certification and sales colleagues to address challenges.
