Job Descriptions:

1. Compensation & Benefits (C&B)

• Implement C&B Programs: Assist the Head of HR to manage the organization’s compensation structures, benefits packages, and incentive schemes to ensure market competitiveness.
• Salary Benchmarking and Analysis: Conduct regular salary benchmarking to stay competitive within the industry. Analyze market data and adjust pay structures as necessary.
• Policy Development: Create and update compensation and benefits policies, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and alignment with business needs.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to statutory requirements (e.g., minimum wage laws, health and pension regulations) and manage annual audits for compensation-related processes.

2. Data Analytics and Reporting

• Reporting: Generate periodic reports and insights for senior management on compensation trends, turnover rates, and employee progression metrics.
• Any other duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in HR with a focus on compensation, benefits, and/or career development.
• Proficient in HRIS, MS Office suite, including Excel and Word.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible to maintaining the company's digital print and production process. As an integral part of the company's main service of creating high quality prints such as brochures, pamphlets, stickers, banners and textiles.

- The role also encompasses final artwork, having an attention to detail and doing minor changes to the last approved version of a digital file before it is sent to print.

- Maintain stock inventory record
