Working Location: Changi Business Park

Shift Timings:

• Morning shift: 6 AM – 3 PM
• General shift: 9 AM – 6 PM
• Afternoon shift: 2 PM – 11 PM
• Night shift: 10 PM – 7 AM

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide 24/7 rotational application support, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Perform daily health checks, monitor production systems, and manage job scheduling to ensure SLAs are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to application performance and reliability across the software stack.
• Proactively identify system bottlenecks and resolve issues to prevent future problems.
• Implement continuous system improvements, such as job automation and performance optimization.
• Identify and fix software bugs, ensuring smooth operation of applications.
• Collaborate on incident and problem management processes to resolve issues and maintain service reliability.
• Monitor applications running on Windows and Unix environments, and ensure they are running efficiently.
• Utilize SQL Server/Oracle databases for troubleshooting and debugging, including writing and optimizing SQL queries.
• Support banking applications, particularly in environments related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML).
• Use monitoring tools, such as Grafana, to track system performance and resolve issues promptly.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies as part of the support and improvement process.

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting full-stack applications, preferably in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices environments.
• 3-5 years of working experience, ideally in the banking or anti-money laundering domain, with at least 1 year in a dedicated support role.
• Proven experience supporting production environments in Windows and Unix platforms.
• Strong proficiency in SQL Server or Oracle databases, with the ability to write and debug SQL programs.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux/Windows environments and scripting.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana is an advantage.
• Knowledge of GIT, Bitbucket, and Jenkins is a plus.
• Familiarity with Actimize or Hadoop is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies.
• Willing to work various shifts, including early morning, general, afternoon, and night shifts, as well as weekends and public holidays.
