Job Description:
- Preparation, faciliating, conducting of classrooms and on-the-job training
- Monitor training effectiveness of programmes delivered
- Perform training administration duties and maintain training records
- Design and develop On The Job training plan
- Maintain and develop internal support to achieve service quality standards
- Accompany evaluations with meaningful and constructive feedback
- Analyze service metrics to identify service gaps and call for improvement
- Maintain library of training resources and aids
- Liaise with various stakeholders and external parties for any training requirements
- Actively support and recommend continuous improvement pertaining to training processes
- Contribute to the team culture in a positive manner
- Ideal to have a fitness/rehab/training background
- Passion in helping people
- NLP/ACLP trained
- Training and development in areas of rehab and therapy (Require fitness and rehab knowledge to develop training content)
- Attend to potential students' enquiries
- Attend relavent exhibitions to promote programs
- Recruitment and marketing of international students
- Might have to travel for work
Other Responsibilities
- Developing training materials.
- Preparation of logistics matters with regards to training.
- Perform other administrative duties or other duties as assigned.

Education Requirements:
- TCM qualification
- Physio qualification
- Work-Study Diploma in Rehabilitation Care
- Itec Diploma in holistic massage / sports massage
- Therapy education training experience
