Position Overview:

We are looking for a Head of the Contract Department who will be instrumental in driving our project acquisition strategy and securing new opportunities for our business. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute effective strategies to secure new construction projects.

As our Sales & Operations Executive, you will be an important member of our team. You will be responsible for maintaining our retail locations islandwide. Top quality baby & lifestyle products from the excellent brands we work with come through our doors, and it is your job to ensure they are easily picked up by our customers.

You will be in charge of:

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention to promote sales of our brands & products
• Expanding on retail shelf space and liaising with buyers
• Planning and developing activations and crafting merchandising strategies
• Maintenance of our stocks on shelves at our retail partners
• Conduct training with retail staff
• Preparing and arrangement of stock replenishment
• Coordinate deliveries to ensure on-time restocking
• Stock count and reporting
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research

• Requirement:
• Willing to work on roster based on retail hours.
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working hours:

• 6 days roster based (retail hour 10am to 10pm)
• 1 weekday off

The Sales and Admin Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring customer service excellence and seamless administrative support to facilitate smooth team operations, contributing to the company's rapid and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day administrative duties to ensure efficient operations.
• Handle answer, and respond to all incoming telephone calls and inquiries professionally.
• Prepare and create invoices and reports, and assist clients through to sales confirmation.
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels and provide effective after-sales support.
• Generate frequent reviews and reports using sales data.
• Manage business administrative tasks, including invoice processing.
• Perform data management tasks (CRM) and clerical duties such as data entry.
• Establish and coordinate the implementation of company administrative policies.
• Undertake other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher educational qualification in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant administrative experience in a professional environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is essential to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
