Requirements:

• Min ‘N’ level or higher with 1 to 2 years relevant work experience preferred

Our client is a leading digital currency exchange, providing a reliable and secure platform for trading cryptocurrencies. Headquartered in Australia and regulated by MAS, they are currently looking for a driven and experienced BD & Sales manager to join their small, high-performing team and is responsible for the BD and partnerships, especially in APAC.

This role reports into the Head of Sales in Singapore and focused on high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), family offices, and corporate clients within the Chinese market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and successfully onboard clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth client onboarding, activation, and retention.
• Manage a pipeline of high-value sales opportunities.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competition, and regulatory changes affecting sales efforts.
• Use data analytics to monitor sales performance, recommend improvements, and refine strategies.
• Conduct group presentations, webinars, and attend networking events.
• Handle inbound inquiries and onboard clients while adhering to regulatory requirements.
• Leverage social media and other lead-generation channels to explore growth opportunities.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Fluent business-level Mandarin (essential).
• At least 5 years of sales and business development experience, preferably in financial services or FX, targeting Chinese clients.
• Passion for cryptocurrency, with the ability to quickly enhance knowledge of the crypto ecosystem. Industry experience is a plus.
• Proven track record of managing the sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
• Proactive and entrepreneurial, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong presentation skills and enthusiasm for outbound sales initiatives.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ambition to grow and take on new responsibilities.
• Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and commitment to operating with integrity while adhering to regulatory requirements.
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).
