• Training and supporting Area Sales Managers in effectively using these tools

• Monitoring and managing the sales operations budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness
• Leading cross-functional projects and support Area Sales Managers in achieving their objectives

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years retail Operations role , preferably food perishables
• Own motor bike or car
• Proficient in data analysis and creating actionable insights
• Strong ability to communicate across teams and with leadership
• Capable of addressing process inefficiencies and aligning solutions with business goals
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience in a managerial role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software, preferably Dynamics365

Main Purpose of Job

To manage the overall process of inducting new Partners and their support staff in relation to the SJP systems and processes. You will support the Partnership to ensure that they are able to process new business efficiently and will identify any improvements that can be made to the process. Working in conjunction with the Partnership Development Manager’s you will also ensure the quality of documentation in relation to suitability letters and the completion of application forms are all completed to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities of the Job

1. Manage the onboarding of partners and supporting staff on all SJP systems and processes.
2. Drive internal management reporting that provide analysis to ensure quality submission of documents and efficient workflow are achieved.
3. Identify opportunities for process improvements
4. Drive changes and improvements in the client experience (from front to back) through various initiatives / projects.
5. Manage and assist implementation and subsequent usage of SJP’s internal platforms as well as change of process flow
6. Work alongside the Partnership Development Manager to ensure Partners understand the advice guidance process to advise their clients. You will need to train best practice around process and quality of advice documentation ensuring high standards are maintained.
7. Manage escalations and assist with issues from Partners and Advisers; provide resolution in a timely manner
8. Provide regular communication and sharing sessions to Partners regarding latest documentation, process flows and best practice updates
9. Actively share information with the team, ensuring team understanding is aligned with business priorities and opportunities

Requirements of the Job

Job Knowledge:

• Degree holder

• Relevant qualifications for the wealth management industry is desirable

• Proficiency in spoken and written English

• Experience in wealth management industry required

• Strong command in IT – Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

• Experience in Salesforce is mandatory

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

This position reports to a Regional IT Manager and provides support of desktop/laptop computer systems of a moderate to complex nature to ensure end-user productivity and efficiency. The Technology Support Analyst will use advanced troubleshooting techniques in order to provide accurate, timely and creative resolutions to end-user and local-office technology-related issues and will provide recommendations for the use of technology in supporting practice-group needs. In addition, the Technology Support Analyst serves as a liaison between software and hardware engineers within IT (including the Help Desk) and the end user community.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

End-user Support

• Responds to end users and clients on technology-related issues and questions;
• Supports the business needs of the attorneys, practice groups, and local-office administrative departments and recommends appropriate applications
