Job Descriptions:

1.provide quotations to customers and follow up on sales progress;

2.Update customer information and maintain the CRM system, and use the CRM system to develop and follow up with existing customers;

3. Responsible for communicating with product line suppliers to obtain product information and quotations;

4. Provide feedback and modification opinions to the marketing department on the company’s website and other marketing materials;

5. Prepare and organize and archive product information, contracts, payments, PO, DO, Invoice corresponding to customers and update the procurement system in a timely manner, etc.;

6. Responsible for logistics related matters.

Basic Requirements:

1.The ideal candidate is systematic, meticulous, and CAREFUL! High level of caution is required as you will be dealing with expensive and highly accurate optical instruments.

2.You also have to be highly organised to maintain our documentation and filing. While prior similar experiences are preferred, we are open for fresh graduates with the right attitude and willingness to learn to send in your application.

3.To do well in the Simtrum environment, you should be someone with initiative, curious, can-do attitude, flexible and eager to learn.

Basic Requirements:

1.Ideally you should have a foundational education in either Electronic Engineering, Photonics, or Physics;

Sales

• Be responsible for developing and planning of sales strategies as well as providing direction and control of sales activities to ensure continuous growth for the Company.
• Prepare sales forecast and review sales strategies and activities to achieve the company’s sales revenue and competitive advantage.
• Establish and develop business plans and direct operations to meet annual sales and profitability objectives.
• Manage sales department operational, administrative needs and also budgeting, system requirements and staffing needs for areas including sales, reception, valet, and new car delivery teams.

• Conceptualise, execute and evaluate sales action plans and campaigns.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Carry out numerical modelling using MIKE by DHI suite of software

Provide specialist technical input to EIA studies and/or coastalengineering/modelling studies

Assist the Project Manager (technical and fi nancial) of ongoing major marine andterrestrial EIA projects and coastal engineering/modelling studies.

Assist in preparation of technical and fi nancial proposals to secure new projects

Performs QA within own fi eld of expertise

Maintains project schedule and reports project status

Support regular client (external or internal) contact

Education and Experience

Postgraduate degree in a relevant environmental discipline and/or civil/coastalengineering

3 to 5 years experience undertaking marine and terrestrial EIA studies, and/orcoastal engineering and/or numerical modelling studies (particularly in tropicalareas)

Knowledge of sediment plume physics, especially relating to dredging andreclamation

Experience with assessing navigation safety for ports and channels

Experience with Marine Risk Assessments

Experience with mooring simulations

Experience with navigation simulations

Experience with data processing

Experience with the MIKE by DHI suite of numerical models will be consideredfavorably
