Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Consultant at Oculus Consultancy SG in Singapore. The Senior Sales Consultant will be responsible for providing capital financing consultation to business owners; working with funders, banks, and financial institutions to secure funding; and facilitating M&A processes to connect businesses with investors.
Team leaders will lead a team of 5-10 consultants and earn over-riding commission. They will also assist in management duties, training and submission of cases. Training will be provided. Basic package included plus commission and incentives. Flexible working hours.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in business consultancy, financial advisory, or related field
- Team player and independent
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders
- Knowledge of funders, banks, and financial institutions in Singapore
- Ability to establish and nurture long-term relationship with clients
- Proven track record in sales and business development
- Lead a team of at least 3 or more sales staff in previous role (preferred)
