Duties and Responsibilities

• Check solution opportunities through Gebiz, Ariba, Sesame and others
• Prepare and Send Quotations with solution consultant
• Develop a high level of inside sales follow up and able to understand and communicate product solutions and services that we offer to cater customer's needs
• Assisting customers on sales inquiries via phone, email or walk-in
• Responsible for following on enquiries and closing the order
• Working closely with operations, Account and providing them with updates on quotes and opportunities when necessary
• Deliveries and inventories for customer
• Responsible for new product presentation.
• To liaise with suppliers for quotations and price/delivery negotiations
• PIC in Tender preparation and submission
• Good incentive with OTE.

Job Responsibilities:

• To Promote and sale of Meyer range of products in the departmental stores.
• Familiarise all products and ability to promote them to customers
• Ability to always keep the counter clean and neat
• Provide daily sales update to sales supervisor
• Accurate Inventory management & stock ordering
• Provide feedback on competitor’s campaign
• Any other task assigned

Key Skills/ Experience:

• Minimum ‘N’ Level
• Prior working experience in departmental store is an advantage

Sales Promoter are responsible for negotiating sales, costs, deliveries and specifications with buyers and business executives. When their customers make a purchase, they also liaise with shipping companies to track the progress of orders. Other duties and responsibilities of Sales Promoter include:

• Acting as a point of contact between customers and companies
• Negotiating terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with customers
• Gathering market and customer information to figure out the customer needs
