Job Description

• Assist with basic accounting tasks, including recording transactions, preparing simple financial reports, and supporting audits
• Expense-related tasks
• General affairs and administrative support
• Distribution of overseas-related information
• Routine reporting (e.g., daily reports)
• Organizing meetings (preparation of materials, coordination with corporate secretaries, etc.)
• Audit support (coordination with auditors, etc.)
• Operational management

Job Requirement

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and audits.
• Experience in administrative and secretarial work
• Knowledge and practical experience in expense management, general affairs, and administrative support
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work smoothly with other departments and external stakeholders
• High accuracy in administrative tasks and strong time management skills
• Experience in banking or the financial sector is a plus (not required)
• Japanese language skills is required to communicate with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform helpdesk duty and day-to-day computer operations;
• Resolve basic IT issues such as Windows OS and productivity tools queries;
• Carry out IT support activities to ensure the optimal performance from systems and network, accessible to Server all the times in fulfilling the business operations need;
• Coordinate with the Corporate Helpdesk/ IT Team to provide resolution to Software, Hardware, Server and Network related issues;
• Support on the MS Exchange and Active Directory in terms of User/Print/File Management (i.e., Create, delete, modify);
• Investigating and diagnosing network problems;
• Configuration and installation of IT solutions;
• Assist in administrative and receptionist duties when necessary;
• Perform ad-hoc duties as and when being assigned by the Supervisor;

Requirements:

• Diploma in Information Technology or its equivalent;
• 1-3-years exposure in desktop/Helpdesk support;
• Excellent in hardware, software, network and server troubleshooting;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Low voltage wiring experience;
• Basic Knowledge of Hyper-V administration;
