POSITION SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. BIM Modelling for Architectural Scopes

2. BIM coordination between multi discipline/trades may be required

3. Prepare drawings / BIM Files accordingly to markups and specifications.

4. Translate and convert / combine files from difference sources / vendors

5. Review drawings for completeness and accuracy.

6. Ensure compliance of quality standards in CAD drawings

7. Visit site for on-site measurement to prepare CSD

REQUIREMENTS

1. 2 Years experience in relevant industry

2. Minimum Diploma and above

3. Knowledge and experience in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks

4. Ability to work under tight schedules to meet submission deadlines

5. Good communication, writing & interpersonal skills

6. Team player with a great can-do attitude

Responsibilities

· Utilizes independent judgment in performing both routine and complex laboratory tests using a variety of techniques, instrumentation, and equipment in order to assist the physician in the diagnosis and treatment of disease.

· Performs complex chemical, biological, hematological, immunologic, microscopic, and bacteriological tests.

· Examines and analyzes body fluids and cells and matches blood for transfusions.

· Analyzes chemical content of fluids and tests for drug levels in the blood

· Prepares specimens, counts cells, and looks for abnormal cells in blood and body fluids.

· Analyzes test results and relays them to physicians.

· Exercises professional judgment in order to prioritize and evaluate varying test requests efficiently.

· Follow procedures for collecting and processing Biological specimens.

· Performs analytical testing procedures with accuracy and precision.

· Demonstrates scientific knowledge of testing principles, analytic procedures, and their results allowing for appropriate interpretation in conjunction with disease and physiology. Integrates multiple data to resolve problems.

· Implements and monitors quality control, new equipment, and/or methods.

· Performs tasks efficiently and maintains work area.

Research Associates/Research Assistants are required for concurrent research projects in the laboratory of Assistant Professor Lim Jue Tao.

This project led by the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMed), Nanyang Technological University, will be conducted in collaboration with the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health (SSHSPH), National University of Singapore, Singapore General Hospital, Tan Tock Seng Hospital and the National Centre for Infectious Diseases. This position will offer a multidisciplinary and unique collaborative environment with diverse learning opportunities. The successful applicant(s) will work as part of a growing and energetic team investigating health at the interface of clinical epidemiology and infectious diseases in local and international contexts. The successful candidates will work together with the PI to develop models to understand the risk factors of healthcare associated infections, potential intervention strategies and the cost effectiveness of these interventions.

This position is based in Clinical Sciences Building, Nanyang Technological University.

Key Responsibilities:

Our lab seeks to hire motivated researchers to provide insights into the transmission of infectious diseases using novel computational methods. The successful candidate will work with the PI and the team to transform our understanding of infectious disease transmission dynamics.

• Develop models to understand the transmissibility of infectious diseases
• Develop models to understand the medium to long-term burden of infectious diseases across different spatial scales
• Undertaking literature reviews
• Leading on analysing data using statistical and data science techniques
• Leading on writing reports, presentations, and publication of results and findings in peer-reviewed journal
• Generating research questions
• Collaborating with researchers in other national and international institutions

Competencies and Qualification Requirements:

• Masters (Research Associate), Bachelors (Research Assistant), or equivalent in a related discipline. i.e statistics/epidemiology/data science. Post-graduate qualifications in other quantitative disciplines are welcome to apply.
• Background and research experience in epidemiology
• A strong interest in infectious diseases, spatial statistics and health data science
• Ability to communicate findings effectively
• Ability to work in a diverse and large team of researchers

Description:

• Coordinate study start-up activities
• Plan, organize and coordinate the workflow of the study
• Assisting with informed consent process by providing information to and educating research subjects, data collection and surveys
• Coordinate all relevant subject visits, ensuring minimum deviation from schedule of visits
• Monitor the quality of research ensuring compliance with the guidelines and standards
• Assist with all external monitoring, audit and inspection visits
• Monitor the financial aspects of the assigned study and advise the stakeholders accordingly
• Work with PI and department to respond to any audit findings and implement approved recommendations
• Assist with study closure activities including archival and assisting with all audits/ inspections/ monitoring
