Job Description

The NUS Centre for International Law (CIL) is accepting applications for Research Associate for its Energy Law and Policy Programme (ELP). The ideal candidate would be interested in working on globally-oriented energy governance issues with a regional focus, particularly topical issues of a cross-cutting nature. Job Description

Applications are invited for a Research Associate in the NUS Centre for International Law (CIL). This is a one-year contractual position offered in connection to CIL's expansion of its programme on international economic law and policy. • Translate overarching DxD Hub’s strategies into an action plan, coordinating across public sector and internal stakeholders and entities to achieve Enterprise’s desired outcomes.
• Set, monitor and report performance and tracking indicators for DxD Hub in alignment with National Platforms Co-ordinating Office and A*STAR Innovation and Enterprise (I&E) division and its operating units and in partnership with finance for financial targets.
• Establish and maintain corporate branding and public awareness of DxD Hub.
• Perform Divisional reporting and communications functions with stakeholders within A*STAR, governing and advisory boards, as well as other public agencies in the ecosystem.
• Review internal operational processes for possible improvements, in alignment with Enterprise and A*STAR best practices.
• Build capabilities of service platforms & drive realization of business outcome.
• Hires, motivates, develops, and retains key talent.
• Develop and deliver accurate reports of operational metrics to the CEO. Deliver monthly operation reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Science or Engineering.
• More than 6 years of relevant working experience. Experience in strategic and/or corporate planning would be an advantage.
• Possess strong strategic and analytical thinking skills.
• Able to identify and contextualise stakeholder issues and manage them appropriately.
• Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Able to work in a team and guide the team to achieve their tasks. Able to work outside of organizational boundaries to engage external stakeholders as necessary
• Able to deliver results under tight timelines. Pro-active, quality conscious and results oriented.
