A Research fellow position is available in Dr. Anand Andiappan Laboratory at the Singapore Immunology Network (SIgN). The successful candidate will support the research work that focuses on studying inflammaeing in the context of skin aging in Asian populations.

The candidate will work on primary cells from cohorts and cell culture systems towards understanding functional immune responses in skin immune interactions and recapitulating them in in-vitro and ex-vivo systems. Additional work involves cellular and stimulation assays with flow cytometry and FACS analysis along with imaging by microscopy, and associated data analysis with statistical tested.

The Singapore Gastric Cancer Consortium (SGCC) is a translational research group comprising clinicians and scientists working in gastric cancer research. The group aims to solve important clinical questions to improve the care of gastric cancer patients, facilitated by close interaction between clinicians and scientists, and with synergism that enables biologic discoveries in the laboratory to be validated in the clinical setting.

Research Group Overview: The Tissue Mimetics group at the Faculty of Dentistry, National University of Singapore (NUS) laboratory is primarily focused on developing next-generation tools for dental and craniofacial research. Job Description: We are seeking a highly creative and self-motivated, full-time Research Fellow for a multi-disciplinary project on the fabrication of cardiac and vascular tissues using 3D bioprinting and microfluidic organ-on-chip strategies. The successful candidate will work on the design and synthesis of composite materials for carbon capture applications. The research assistant should have experience in composite material synthesis and fabrication using solution chemistry methods.
