Job Description
The successful candidate will provide research and administrative support for the various studies within the Office of the Provost (PVO).
The candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as he/she will work closely with academics, students, and other administrative executives. The candidate’s proficiency in multitasking and attention to detail will enable him/her to efficiently manage diverse program administrative tasks and projects within specified timelines.
The candidate will report to the director, engaging in a diverse range of responsibilities including, but not limited to:
- Provide research and administrative support for the studies.
- Prepare and collate data, documents, updates on research milestone, results and reports related to the studies.
- Participate in the studies e.g., data collation, attending and facilitating student focus groups etc.
Job Requirements
- Degree in any discipline
- 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
- Able to work independently
- Team player and possess good communications and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in the use of data analysis software is an added advantage
