Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire tender process, including identify tender opportunities, evaluate requirements, prepare tender submissions, organise meetings and maintaining accurate records of tender activities
• Identify tender opportunities from Singapore government and other websites (eg. GeBIZ, Ariba, Sesami, Tender Boards)
• Review tender specifications and prepare essential information/documentation for tender submissions within the deadlines
