The EIF Business develops novel Connector, IC Substrate/Lead Frame, Passives, and Plastic metallization solutions serving automotive, telecom, data center, consumer, and other electronics end markets.

As a Leader, you will focus on the development and commercialization of novel metallization chemistries and processes. You must demonstrate excellent technical and application expertise related to metallization processes. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be responsible for leading a group of talented Scientists and Engineers focused on the development and successful implementation of our advanced metallization solutions. ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
