You will be responsible for leading a group of talented Scientists and Engineers focused on the development and successful implementation of our advanced metallization solutions. You will have close collaboration with Commercial, Marketing, EHS and project management functions to successfully deliver market-leading technology solutions. You are expected to have strong customer engagement and product promotion to secure successful product installations and confirm critical to market technical requirements.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

• Five (5) years working experience in the field of electronic materials
• MS or PhD in chemistry, electrochemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, or related field
• Master’s degree with relevant industry experience would be considered
• Strong background in problem solving, using multiple analytical procedures to identify and characterize product development barriers
• Previous people leadership experience is highly desirable
• Effective verbal and written communication to team members and management on all aspects of program activity. Demonstrated ability to make clear, persuasive, concise, and well-organized oral presentations
• Highly motivated and self-directed individual with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels in the organization
• Knowledge of metallization, electronic component manufacture, or experience in the design, fabrication, specification, or reliability of electronic components is preferred

The Research Department supports the agency’s programmes and services, through evaluations, implementation research, feasibility studies, needs assessment, ground sensing, and primary and secondary research. We also support programme development in terms of writing Theory of Change (TOC), design thinking and evidence synthesis.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

As a CRA, you will be responsible for independently managing all aspects of global clinical research. This includes overseeing on-site clinical studies, ensuring adherence to timelines, and maintaining high-quality documentation. You will collaborate with local investigators, provide feedback to cross-functional teams, and contribute to product development and regulatory processes. This role requires frequent travel to study sites and reports directly to the Head of Clinical Operations in Singapore.

· Independently generate, write, and edit study protocols, informed consents, case report forms, study reports, monitoring plans, and other clinical and regulatory documents.

· Manage pre- and post-market clinical studies from study start-up to close-out, ensuring compliance with industry standards, best practices, and study protocols.

· Maintain the trial master file and oversee study-related documentation, including medical images.
