You will work with our Global team of research and clinical professionals to facilitate the translation of research data and quality improvement programs into clinical practice and improvement of patient care. Primary responsibilities

• To contribute to medical quality improvement programs

Qualifications

Experience and Key Skills

• UK clinical experience is preferred, ideally within NHS Primary Care
• An interest in research and scientific studies
• Experience in scientific writing, publication of peer-review journal publications is preferred
• Client relations, liaising with external parties internationally, strong leadership and presentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

• Product & Process Development for aquaculture by following the Product Innovation Process (PIP)

• Collaboration with researchers in academic institutions and close interaction with customers will be part of the work

• Publication of scientific and technical articles in database

• Participate in customer trials and analysis and develop data to support the sales and technical teams

• Coordinate with the research teams across locations on projects

• Develop experimental protocols, methods of analysis and standard operating procedures (SOP) for aquaculture-related topics

• Undertake to troubleshoot problems relating to the experiments and lab equipment

• Work along with the sales and technical team on customer trials, trainings and product promotion activities

• Prepare PIP and R&D updates, and publish internal publications, source documents and review papers on a timely basis

• Studies in coordination with regulatory, quality and production teams on new product development, scale-up and registration process

• Carry out literature search and identify appropriate methods and approaches for research

• Maintain and operate the lab equipment effectively and handle the lab equipment's troubleshooting and basic repair independently such as HPLC, GC-MS, GC-FID

• Execution of general laboratory activities: managing lab inventory, sample management and waste disposal, housekeeping, and other assigned duties

• Maintain accurate and up to date records of all research activities in laboratory note books and other forms as required.
