Requirements:

As the Research Engineer (Equipment/Operations), you are directly involved in tool installation activities for semiconductor process tools. You would need to work proactively to coordinate with the contractor on the ground for the execution and take corrective and preventive actions of lessons learned, due diligently to prevent reoccurrence. You are responsible for performing utilities turn-on after installation is completed. Research Associate Position in genome editing lab

The CRISPR and Genome Editing Lab led by Assistant Professor HU Chunyi, is a dynamic addition to the Department of Biological Sciences at the National University of Singapore. Currently, we are in search of a dedicated Research Associate to contribute to a research project focused on the study of CRISPR-Cas immunity systems and the development of genome editing tools.

We invite applications from highly motivated individuals with a background and/or keen interest in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. Exceptional laboratory skills are a prerequisite and demonstrated experience in molecular/microbiology would be highly advantageous. The position entails active participation within our multidisciplinary research team, which is dedicated to advancing knowledge in biochemistry and cell biology.

In this role, you will be working with the IMCB researchers, grant agencies as well as A*STAR finance, councils, and the central research office to provide relevant grant-related support to the institute.

Job Description: the role includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Ensure that all grant proposal submissions meet the requirements as set by the respective granting agency.
• Review annual progress reports and final reports for various grants and ensure that these are submitted on time.
