Responsibilities

Fundraising & Donor Engagment

• Support the management of donor relationships, including the set-up of structured donor engagement processes and maintaining of donor databases.
• Provide administrative support for fundraising activities, including the planning and execution of fundraising campaigns such as charity carnivals, flag days, charity dinners, online campaigns and other fundraising events, as well as preparation of donor letters and campaign promotional materials.

Membership Relations

• Manage the membership lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding and renewals of membership.

• Manage communication with members, review membership applications and maintain the accuracy of the membership database.
