Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute experimental plans to address complex consumer needs and insights, ensuring a holistic and superior consumer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or a relevant scientific field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Consumer Product Research, with a proven ability to translate consumer insights into technical requirements across various categories.
• Prior experience in Skin Care, particularly in the Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa regions, is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in driving large, multi-functional business initiatives within a corporate environment.
