Responsibilities

• Prepare packing materials; safely pack, unpack, and move goods.
• Accompany the driver for islandwide deliveries.
• Manage shipments in and out of the warehouse.
• For inbound cargo: Accurately receive and sort incoming shipments; store goods as per WMS work orders.
• For outbound cargo: Pick, pack, and stage merchandise for local or external deliveries as per WMS work orders.
• Receive and process warehouse stock (pick, unload, label, store).
• Maintain inventory control and ensure high-quality standards for audits.
• Keep the work environment clean, safe, and optimize space utilization.
• Report any discrepancies promptly.
• Adhere to quality service standards, procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Comply with standard operating and safety procedures when handling goods and using equipment.
• Perform additional logistics tasks as directed by the Supervisor.

Requirements

• Rotational of duties i.e. delivery assistant or warehouse assistant.
• Able to perform overtime per operations requirement
• This position requires the ability to lift 10 -15kg(approx.) merchandise as well as the need to stand for long period of time
• Preferably familiar with handheld scanner & computerized warehouse system
• Preferably have equipment maintenance and record-keeping knowledge
• Able to handle physical work and willingness to lift carton manually
• Follow all SOP and company standards and legal regulations to ensure safe and positive work atmosphere.

Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of LSI’s co-working laboratory business. This role is perfect for a sales-driven professional with a solid background in life sciences or related industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Develop and execute strategies to attract new member companies, including start-ups, scale-ups, and established businesses.
• Proactively identify and nurture leads, converting them into long-term clients for LSI’s lab spaces and services.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through direct outreach, networking, and participation in industry events.
• Establish strategic partnerships with universities, research institutions, corporates, and professional service providers to expand LSI’s network and revenue streams.

Client Engagement

• Conduct site tours and consultations for prospective members, showcasing LSI’s facilities and value proposition.
• Act as the primary point of contact for potential and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, prepare newsletters, and enhance online and offline visibility.

Market Expansion

• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Drive LSI’s expansion into new markets, including collaborations with international partners.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in life sciences, biotech, or related industries.
• Strong network within the life sciences or co-working/laboratory spaces is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

• Operate both Precision and Conventional wre-cut and EDM machines
• Achieve the required dimension (High Precision Accuracy)
• Perform machine preventive maintenance
• Maintenance housekeeping, safety of the work station and machines
• Uphold the high quality and accuracy of specifications at all time
• Ability to multi-task

Requirements

• 2-3 years in High Precision Machining
• Able to work independtly
• Good player, able to work as team

Responsiblities

• Achieve both the sales and qualitative objectives set for stores.
• Build, motivate and manage the team, define and build the necessary structure.
• Establish plans and allocate the daily tasks to team members.
• Manage, train and motivate the team.
• Motivate and improve the service level according to company directives by continuously evaluating the quality of service/messages and give individual feedback to the team of store staff.
• Train and coach the store staff to respond in a manner that corresponds to company directives.
• Organize and optimize the smooth running of the store in accordance with the service directives.
• Anticipate the requirements for each area of activity and ensure continually adequate stocks, place orders, check the deliveries.
• Define the optimal delivery plan (frequency/cost/product availability) and optimize the stock holding areas.
• Interface with Management and other departments; Establish annual sales and work level forecasts and provide necessary info/reporting to management or other departments as required.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
