As a SAF Fitness Trainer, you shall be assisting the Senior Fitness Trainer for the conducting of fitness training and fitness tests, the check-in and check-out process, the provisions of emergency medical procedures, risk assessment and etc. You shall also be placed on a duty roster for different roles, including but not limited to Duty Instructor and Gym Supervisor. The Laboratory Officer will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations within the electrochemical lab and providing essential support to ongoing projects. Lab Management:

• Ensure that the lab is well-equipped and stocked with necessary materials and supplies for ongoing experiments and projects.
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement of equipment/chemicals and supplies as needed.

Experimental Support:

• Assist researchers and project teams with experimental setup, data collection, and analysis.
• Characterizations of surfaces and coatings in terms of mechanical, physical and chemical properties, as well as coating performance evaluation.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance on experimental procedures as required.
• Conduct routine calibration and maintenance of electrochemical equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability of results.
• Document experimental procedures, results, and observations in detailed lab reports.

Project Support:

• Collaborate with project teams to support the execution of research projects related to electrochemical applications.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure that milestones are met in a timely manner.

Training and Development:

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related science and engineering field.
• Proven experience working in a laboratory setting, preferably with a focus on electrochemistry.
• Strong understanding of electrochemical principles and techniques, including cyclic voltammetry, impedance spectroscopy, and potentiostatic/galvanostatic measurements.

• Support Project Manager on project documentation, system entries and ensuring compliance to project management process and best practices.
• Lead and maintain project management systems and tools
• Ensure compliance of project information and documentation in grant and project management systems.
