The Centre for Quantum Technologies (CQT), National University of Singapore is looking for researchers and engineers to develop next generation quantum computers based on trapped ions. There are multiple positions available at different levels with a diverse set of expertise. This program is funded under the National Quantum Processor Initiative, a flagship program under the National Quantum Office Singapore. The aim of the program is to develop a full stack quantum processor based on Yb-Ba ions. You will be an experienced knowledge administrator that will be maintaining various internal knowledge databases including the maintenance of the firm's physical library. You will be keeping up to date with legal trends and developments and provide the necessary trainings for the utilisation of the firm's knowledge tools. You will also assist in the digitalisation and modernisation process of the firm's various platforms and databases.

You will be the sole knowledge administrator answering to the global knowledge director and the localised country knowledge counsel.

skills and experience required
You must have had experiences in knowledge management within the professional services or legal industry. Prior experiences managing physical libraries and various vendors/suppliers would be advantageous. A tech savvy and proactive individual would be desirable.

Job Responsible:

• Provide secretariat and admin support for Colleges/Chapters organisational needs;
• Attend to meeting notices, agenda and minutes, and meeting logistics, including Council meetings and AGMs;
• Coordinate inputs and feedback on professional opinions;
• Assist in preparation and management of operating budgets;
• Administer requests for payments and invoices;
• Assist in production and distribution of promotional materials;
• Ensure currency and accuracy of information on website;
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations;
• Handle regular continuing medical education and continuing professional development programmes and activities;
• Other duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirement:

• Degree in Business Administration/Public Relations/Marketing Communication or equivalent;
• Preferably with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Administration and Secretariat support, preferably from the healthcare industry;
• Proficient in MS office;
• Able to work beyond office hours and on weekends/Public Holidays for meetings and events. (Time off given)
