Principal Responsibilities

• Ensuring that the governance and controls of Fair Value are adhered to through Review and Oversight of all Fair Value Adjustments (FVA), Independent Price Verification (IPV) and Prudent Valuation Adjustment (PVA) for the following sub-areas within Rates business: Structured Rates, Structured Index Products, Private Credit
• Local management of staff in Hong Kong and close interaction and engagement with Valuations team across locations (principally London and Krakow)
• Key contact point for the Fixed Income Trading team in HSBC Asia Pacific and other key stakeholders (including other Front Office, Traded Risk, Operations, IT and other Finance teams)
