We are looking for an experienced Treasury Manager who will be mainly responsible for Asset and Liability Management, Risk Management related to Treasury, and Capital Management for FS Group. Job Responsibilities

• In charge of overseas legal entities finance control and regulation, manage and comply with local government reporting requirements and finance filings;

· Strong digital foundation is a must, and the ideal candidate must be fully conversant with digital media and able to think across the whole media mix having broad cross-channel digital knowledge and a solid knowledge of digital media, Adtech, martech and data platforms

· Experience in online measurement, operations, ad networks, digital video, and Google advertising platforms and solutions with hands on experience with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ad manager, Campaign Manager, Google Analytics and DV360, LinkedIn and Meta, X campaign planning and management.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the Profit & Loss for each outlet, people, sales, profits, cost of goods and quality service & cleanliness KPIs.
• Plan and create business action plans, strategies and work with Restaurant Managers and Head Chef to develop new or existing menu, and to ensure smooth implementation and proper tracking are in place, in terms of costing sheet, improving work process, sales, profit, COGs, upselling and propositions for staff incentives.
• Facilitate commercial business and operations with creativity and innovations.
• Oversee the overall operational activities, optimising staff productivity and efficiencies at all time.
• Analyse past business and financial trends, threats, and growth opportunities for the respective outlet.
• Generate and produce bi-monthly updates and monthly report with the HQ team.
• Introduce new menu item, food presentation, service delivery and tone of voice to upkeep the brand image standard for each concept.
• Participate in recruitment process and manpower planning in order to meet the manpower requirement.
• Keep Operations Team motivated and positive, build confidence and providing emotional and technical support.
• Assess and evaluate team members performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure all operational standards in terms sanitation requirements, food safety regulations, operations licenses and loss prevention are consistently met.
• Gather guests’ feedback and implement any corrective measures and improvements when necessary.
• Involved directly with bi-annual budgeting, sales reports & forecasts and inventory management.
• Ensure outlets upkeep appliances, kitchen equipment, aircon, furniture etc are reliable and working condition, and following up on regular maintenance.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Management, or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of experience in operations with 4 years in managerial position, or with relevant working experience.
• Possess good foresight and helicopter view to identify trends, see overall progress and anticipating ahead.
• Competent with financial analysis, effective problem-solving skill and strong decision-making skill.
• Possess people skills and effective communicator.
