The SALES Manager is responsible for maintaining the operational of the office (Bukit timah branch) as well as ensuring sales target of the sales consultant are achieved monthly. • Ensure timely review of service/lease/license contract terms and conditions and costs of services/contracts

• Assist with the department’s logistics, equipment and services including procurement, inventory, payments and records management

• Assist with the review and updating of the department’s policy, SOP documents, training plans for staff, emergency response plan for the department and financial budgeting

• Work with the various functions to manage and review the feedback/incidents and ensure corrective action and necessary follow-up

• Work with staff from various functions to initiate different types of projects (A & A, Rejuvenation, Improvement) and supervise their implementation

• Work closely with internal departments/clinics and external agencies to coordinate operations, compliances and collaborative partnerships
