Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field; advanced degrees are an advantage.
• 10+ years of experience in corporate banking, with a focus on managing relationships with large corporate clients in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
• Proven track record in driving revenue growth, exceeding sales targets, and delivering exceptional client service.

PURPOSE

• To support the refreshed Digital Strategy focusing on GenAI, AI and Modern Data Platform, a senior data product manager is strongly needed to lead the development and launch of new data/AI products typically for Data 360 service and Central Leads Management that meet the needs and expectations of the customers and the business.
• Work closely with the engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and requirements.

• Coordinate and lead the product launch and go-to-market activities with the marketing and sales teams.
• Analyze and report the product performance, user behaviour, and feedback using various tools and metrics.
• Continuously test, iterate, and improve the product based on the user feedback and data insights.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 7+ years of experience as a product manager, product owner, or similar role in the financial industry. Insurance domain knowledge will be a plus.
• Strong experience for common data model design and data as service
• Good experience using business intelligence tools and grasp of data visualization best practices.
• Hands on CRM or Lead Management Solution will be an advantage.
