About the role:

The OA role has the responsibility to support vessel day to day operations such as:

Assist the Vessel Operations Superintendent as instructed and ensuring deck plan for project equipment is ready including assisting the VOS with mobilisation and demobilisation activities in an efficient and timely manner. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Accounts Payable Accountant plays an integral role in Finance Division and will be responsible for leading a team in invoice to pay activities, support Manager in the end to end Procure-to-Pay improvements initiatives and ensure they align with company-wide transformation initiatives and Finance Division roadmap.

Responsibilities

1. Team lead and manage end to end Accounts Payable function

2. Review and approve invoices or journals for payment processing

3. Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date

4. Review vendor reconciliation

5. Prepare analysis for monthly updates of team’s performance to CFO

6. Prepare monthly reports such as AP ageing, GRIR etc

9. Correspond with external vendors on their enquiries and assist in vendor dispute resolution
