Job Requirements:

What you'll be doing

• Assist GM to materialise business strategy by carrying out effective planning on the entire business management.
• Identify Plating Industry business and market trends, new development, financial to meet business KPI.

What we're looking for

• Having 10 years of experience in a management accounting or budgeting role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a team.
• At least 5 years of related working experience in Finance/Budget/Forecast Planning/Month end closing/Bad debt reporting.

The incumber is responsible for updating container movements and ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Manning the Container Depot Counter area by providing timely and efficient coordination to internal and external parties.

Summary

Responsible for performing, leading, training and guiding a team of warehouse personnel in the day-to-day operations of receiving, storage, handling, issuing, packing and shipping and ensure that the functions are carried out timely, accurately and efficiently.

Key Accountabilities

• Participate in scheduled meetings with the team and manufacturing department to resolve support issues related to build plans
• Plan and make the best use of all resources available, including manpower and space
• Set warehouse policies and procedures, ensure that warehouse employees follow the policies and safety regulations
• Provide appropriate training to all warehouse personnel to ensure that the team members are able to carry out their functions in a safe, timely, accurate and efficient manner

• Ensure stock count accuracy by carrying out regular weekly/monthly cycle count and reconciliation

• Perform Annual Physical Inventory exercise and ensure acceptable levels of parts and absolute dollar value accuracy
• Ensure proper disposal of scrap materials
