Your day to day

PEOPLE

• Assist with maintaining audit reports and records on all loss and safety incidents and implement system or procedure enhancement from information learned during the investigations.

RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS

• Assist with managing the daily activities of the security department.
• Plan and organize work and schedule employees to ensure proper coverage.
• Communicate and enforce policies and procedures.
• Assist with determining the security and safety requirements necessary to ensure that hotel property, employees and guests are protected against theft, crime and threats on a 24 hour per day basis.
• Assist with inspecting employee lockers and bags, parcels, and knapsacks when employees are entering and leaving the hotel and in response to suspicions of misconduct.
• Assist with training/educating employees on current safety issues to ensure compliance with all Company loss control policies and current security and safety regulations.
• Inform management of hazardous situations, emergencies or threats to the security of guests, employees or hotel assets.
• Schedule preventative maintenance and repairs to Security equipment as needed and ensure that equipment is prepared and operational for the following day’s work.
• Assist with arranging and providing special security services for special events and executives as requested.

Make an Impact by

A. Ideation and Content Creation

• Partner with the internal stakeholders, namely the Lines of Businesses (“LoBs”) and Customer Solution leaders as well as the Centre Director to co-ideate and curate the ‘story’ for the exhibits at the Innovation Centre, through use cases, using engaging content and immersive showcases to bring forth Singtel’s deep capabilities and technologies to life for the different audiences, and to keep the exhibits refresh
• Partner with Content & Experience Manager to produce the content and showcases with 3rd party agencies
• Research and deep dive on new technology topics for content integration, creation and refresh
• Develop demo roadmaps as needed

Skills for Success
