• Develop and enforce the Liquid Group payment scheme rules for both domestic and cross-border transactions. Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and payment industry standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Commercial, Compliance, and Finance to ensure seamless integration and alignment of payment operations across the company.
• Oversee payment settlement operations, ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation. Manage discrepancies in settlements and provide timely resolutions in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Manage relationships with external partners including financial institutions, payment service providers (PSPs), and regulatory bodies to ensure the infrastructure and processes for payment schemes are effectively optimized and maintained.
• Drive operational excellence by identifying areas for process improvements in scheme management and settlement. Propose and implement solutions that streamline operations, reduce costs, and mitigate risk.
• Lead the strategic planning of payment operations and infrastructure. Develop and implement initiatives to scale operations in response to growing market demand, ensuring robustness and scalability.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes affecting domestic and cross-border payment schemes. Ensure that the company remains at the forefront of industry best practices.

Key Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in payment operations, with a strong focus on payment schemes, settlement processes, and financial operations.
• In-depth understanding of domestic and cross-border payment systems, including regulatory requirements and scheme rules.

Account & admin
1. Follow up payment with the customer when overdue.
2. Responsible and prepare quarterly GST return submission and monitoring

Requirements
1. A bachelor’s degree in business admin/ sales / marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Ability to multi-task. Superior interpersonal skills are required to work with the sales manager, suppliers, and forwarder.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
