About the Role:

As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for financial modeling, billing, and expense management for Ampotech’s Singapore office and subsidiary companies in Southeast Asian markets including Vietnam, Malaysia, and Indonesia. • Negotiate pricing with partners to ensure bids are competitive.

Job Specifications

Education Qualification:

• ITE/A Level/Diploma in IT/Engineering/Audio Visual is preferred OR
• Diploma in any discipline

Experience:

• Must have minimum 2 years of sales experience in a B2B environment or 1 year as Engineer in Videowall Solution.
• Must have experience in a project-based, development of customised solutions sales environment (Design & Built for any solution that required hardware / equipment in AV, IT, communication, M&E and other industrial)
• Must have relevant contact in vertical market in charge.
• Have experience to look for opportunity in various tender portal, Gebiz and BCA.
• Experience in Audio & Visual, videoconferencing, telephony solutions is a plus

Salary : S$4K to $6K, exclude commission (OTE: Annual $100k)

• Assist the General Manager in planning and coordinating production schedules to fulfill customer demands.
• Monitor and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with FSMS, SFA regulations, and environmental standards.
• Supervise and train production staff, promoting a collaborative team culture.
• Analyze production data, report on performance metrics, and identify improvement areas.
• Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is well-maintained and operational.
• Support quality assurance efforts and resolve production issues as they arise.
• Contribute to budgeting and cost management to achieve financial goals.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects, applying lean manufacturing techniques.
• Aid in inventory management to maintain adequate supply levels for uninterrupted production.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
• Proficient in data analysis and experienced with production management software.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Familiarity with ISO 22000 and HACCP standards is an advantage.
