· Arranging and monitoring the progress of vessel vetting inspections from initial request to final close out and approval, including communications to the vessel, oil majors, vessel agents and relevant internal departments

Fabrica AI is reinventing how robots are developed. Currently novel robots take 5-20 years. We are building a design automation platform to bring it down to a month, and have already demonstrated significant progress by developing tile grouting robots in record time. Robotics simulation and reinforcement learning has been advancing a lot making it 1000x cheaper to train robots compared to 5 years ago, and as Jensen Huang said at Nvidia GTC 2024, "the ChatGPT moment for robotics may be just around the corner." A couple other companies are building on the same paradigm shift but we are the only ones using it to automate hardware design, not just software.

Building robots and a design automation platform together brings great synergy - the platform helps us develop robots faster than anyone else and the robots allow us to gather data and do experiments at scale. Data gathering can be done through partnerships with other robotics companies, but doing experiments is crucial for grounding the platform in reality and ensuring its usefulness. The grouting robots are already deploying daily at construction sites and bringing value to clients. We are currently negotiating sales worth around 500k USD. With manufacturing cost multiple times lower than companies using a traditional robotic arm, our robots have an ROI in weeks. This role will be charged with building and cultivating the 3P partner ecosystem, including leading regional certification, funding program governance, enablement needs and market-to-product feedback loops. This role will also serve as the senior specialist and thought leader on product partner strategy across agencies, independent and specialized services organizations and be responsible for leading regional thought leadership.

• Build the Google Next Gen Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) 3P ecosystem, including, but not limited to certifying APAC-based partners, overseeing funding deployment and partnering with data science and MMM specialist teams to maintain services quality and upskilling.
• Develop and lead regional GTM initiatives on Google Analytics and Next Gen MMM that help partners grow their practice and product portfolio through scaled solutions and services.
• Create internal awareness of partner network servicing Google Analytics & MMM, joint solutions offerings, and capabilities with relevant regional and in-country sales leads; support the integration of the latter into customer services and program deployment.
• Support Google partner sales teams on advocating for Google Analytics and Next Gen MMM solutions value proposition inside the partner organizations. Drive thought leadership on Next Gen MMM and Google Analytics externally.
• Establish and maintain partner-to-product feedback loops to ensure partner input into product roadmaps, use cases and the development of technical and GTM enablement.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications

• MBA.
• Extensive knowledge in partner customer lifecycle, commercial offerings and have experience managing services partnerships.
• Experience working with and influencing senior sales executives and a broad range of internal stakeholders from sales, marketing through to integrations and data science teams.
• Exceptional leadership presence and communication skills, with the ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and effectively communicate them to a non-technical audience.
• Track record of designing and leading complex cross-functional work programs and go-to-market strategies.

Job Responsibilities

• To assist Supervisor in overseeing the ground operation at respective site with respect to overall staffs deployment
• Attending to all operational matters and make situation decisions to minimize disruption to the operation
• Ensure that all staff deployed on site adheres to the general rules relating to personal safety, security & guidelines
• Ensuring proper distribution of workload among the team & providing training and guidance to CSO
• Attending to emergencies, urgent calls and implementing contingency plans procedures in accordance to SOPs
• Ensure that all office equipment, computer peripherals and communication equipment are handled and maintained in good working condition
• Submitting daily statement of accounts together with the relevant reports using the format approved
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement

• Minimum GCE A Level / Diploma in any discipline with 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience
• A good team player, with cheerful personality and positive attitude
• Able to multi-task and meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in the management of work
• Willing to commit rotating shift, weekends & public holiday
