Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Shopping Centre, ensuring optimal performance and smooth functioning.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with tenants, contractors, and Shopping Centre landlords.

Requirements:

Role Description:
You will form part of the AEJ Shared Services team. Shared Services support the Global Markets activities across multiple asset classes and is responsible for Asset Services, Tax Operations, Network Management, Settlements, Confirmations and Listed Derivative.

You would work closely with the business and senior managers to help drive new initiatives/ projects, utilizing data to optimize processes and facilitate decision making.
