As the Research Engineer (Equipment/Operations), you are directly involved in tool installation activities for semiconductor process tools. Reporting to the Project Director, you shall manage the entire effort for construction execution of the FPSO from selection of donor vessel to commissioning and acceptance by the Client. Your responsibilities shall include but not limited to the following job scope:

Requirements

• Minimum educational requirements of a Bachelors’ and/or Masters’ degree in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering or equivalent disciplines.
• Direct experience working on FPSO projects.
• Minimum 15-18 years’ experience, with Oil & Gas projects (fixed installations and FPSOs), with significant experience working as an engineering manager.
• Must have prior work experience with medium/ large sized brownfield and/or greenfield projects in the upstream Oil and Gas sector, in a similar role and possess a good understanding of project phases, milestones, deliverables, internal and external interfaces.
• Should have good interpersonal communication skills, structured but not rigid, should be able to take decisions and responsibility, pro-active and should possess good report writing skills.
