Job Description:

New Business

• Support MD on acquiring new media opportunities to grow and entrench the company’s market leader position strategically.
• To achieve this, the KPIs include:

1. Writing winning proposals with compelling arguments, meaningful insights and measurable action plans
2. Assisting in participating tenders, answers Requests for Proposals (RFP)
3. Ensuring our proposed advertising programs comply with regulatory guidelines whilst meeting market demands.
4. Coordinating with internal stakeholders for essential details to make winning offers

City Relations

• Play a key role in

1. building and strengthening relationships with government concession partners through professional servicing, responsive, prompt, and reliable communications.
2. establishing good relations with relevant regulatory authorities for consult on policies/regulations governing outdoor advertising.

• Responsible for managing government advertising concessions which includes day-to-day activities such as

1. facilitating campaign approvals
2. applying for BCA licensing
3. making prompt communications to key stakeholders
4. making accurate and timely monthly sales reports
5. conducting site checks as necessary to ensure fulfilment of contractual obligations

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to meet contractual obligations including but not limited to:

With Project and Operations teams

1. deliver quality design and safe implementation of media assets
2. ensure safe maintenance operations and consistent service standards
3. attend monthly meetings with government partners and preparation of meeting minutes
4. accurate and timely submission of routine reports such as sales and maintenance operations reports, etc

With Sales and Production teams

1. ensure campaigns are in line with government partners’ guidelines and creative executions meet safety requirements.

Essential Criteria:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing
• Minimum 2-3 years in Account Servicing or Business Development role in the Advertising and Media industry
• Proven track record in winning and retaining businesses
• Excellent ability to write and present clearly and succinctly
• Excellent ability to build rapport and grow partnerships

Desirable skills / Knowledge:

• Good Knowledge of Outdoor Advertising industry is a plus
• Has a passion for Advertising and keen interests in how Advertising Technologies (Adtech) can shape the future
• Well-versed in MS Office & Power BI

Responsibilites

• Define and implement team objectives aligning with the corporate procurement strategy.
• Monitor on-time delivery to customers and supplier performance metrics, including OTD, Lead Time, Cost, RTV, and Supplier Capacity.
• Expedite materials and manage escalations with suppliers.
• Perform opportunity analysis to identify and execute projects that deliver efficiency gains, cost savings, and inventory reductions.
• Collaborate in New Product releases by managing purchasing, item and quote master settings, and expediting materials.
• Emphasize root cause understanding and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• About 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience with leadership role
• Strong understanding of CM environment
