What’s the role?

The Contracts team is a part of the Bloomberg Finance and Admin department. It is deeply ingrained in the customer service and operations of the organization. The role of a Contracts Operations Analyst in this business is to provide excellent customer service to a large global client base. The Contracts team is responsible for the operational and logistical management of the contracts processes across all Bloomberg groups and products. Scope of work:

The Pest Control Manager oversees pest management operations. He/She may manage multiple sites or projects concurrently and is able to manage resources effectively. • Service, upsell and built rapport with existing customer accounts within semiconductor industry
• Create targeted marketing strategies and campaigns for specific products or product lines to solidify market presence and differentiate them from competitors.
• Formulate business plans and strategically position products in the marketplace.
• Conduct market research, keep track of competitors’ activities, and assess customer needs to inform business decisions.
• Develop pricing frameworks, collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams to launch new products or improve existing ones.
• Prepare and negotiate pricing quotes, finalize terms, and ensure documentation is ready for order processing.
• Oversee follow-ups on outstanding accounts receivables.
• Present company product roadmaps and capabilities to customers while conveying customer technology requirements to relevant business units.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all customer engagements and develop tailored action plans with timely execution.
• Build relationships with both potential and current customers to identify and address their service needs.
• Work with business unit representatives to set the annual sales budget.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience within the semiconductor industry.
• Willingness to travel overseas and work extended hours on challenging sales projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and a proactive team player.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal oversight.

1. Ensure projects are completed in time and within cost budget and is in accordance to the main con given schedule.

2. Develop & maintain a detailed project plan.

3. Make key organisation/commercial decisions for the project.

4. Prioritise project goals with other ongoing project.

5. Maintain good relationship with project team. Communicating with other key organisation representatives.

6. Record, manage and resolve project issues where necessary, including any variation works that will incur addition cost and time implication.

7. Monitor project progress and performance.

8. Manage consultant input within the project budget.

9. Report to the Project Director monthly on the work progress, project budget & progress claims.

10. Submit monthly progress claims to client.

11. Any other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.
