Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day management of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management and Reporting

• Handle full sets of accounts, including general ledger (GL), accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and inter-company reconciliations.

• Develop, monitor, and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Team Leadership and Oversight

• Supervise and mentor the Accounts Team, ensuring smooth daily operations, including transactions, billings, reimbursements, and cash flow management.

Process Optimization and Technology Integration

• Identify and implement improvements in financial systems and processes.

• Collaborate with management on cost control and resource allocation for manufacturing and construction projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field; professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA) are strongly preferred.

• Strong understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and financial accounting standards.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., MYOB) and ERP systems; advanced MS Office skills.
