The High Performance Manager (HPM) is responsible for the management and operation of the High Performance (HP). - Ensure that the reporting and performance monitoring systems are in place and meeting the requirement of SSI & NYSI

- Work closely with the national coaches in supervising the preparation of annual HP national team training and competition programmes.

- Work closely with the national coaches in the areas of development and communication of the HP team programmes, including athlete and team selection.

- Support the implementation and evaluation of long-term training and competition plans for the HP national teams and develop monitoring tools for annual and MYSP against objectives reviews.

- Ensure that the national training centres, national team athletes, and SSF are informed of all HP national team programme matters in a timely manner.

- Assist coaches with the preparation and coordination for all major games and international competitions such as site recce of competition venue, filming of races and generating data record etc.

4.Sport Medicine/ Sport Science Support

- Work closely with SSI & NYSI sport medicine/ sport science division on the various aspects of training such as biomechanics, nutrition physiology, psychology, strength and conditioning, etc.

- Manage all aspects of the anti-doping programme including communication regarding registered testing pools, whereabouts information, etc.

5. Athlete Management

- Oversee and maintain procedures relating to the human resource policies and financial matters pertaining to athletes such as leave applications, insurance, expense claims, results and bio data.

- Oversee recruitment and renewal contracts for all HP national team athletes and coaches.

- Ensure, through the communication and monitoring of the athlete agreements, that all HP national team athletes are:

a. Training under adequate conditions and are monitored by coaches on a daily basis,

b. Adhering to the weekly, monthly and annual competitive training programmes.

c. Complying with the terms of their agreement.

6. Committees & Policies

- Coordinate and attend all SSF and international high performance related meetings.

· Work with oversea associates to review their reporting.

· Provide guidance, advice & support to the accounts team and review their work on time.

· Review subsidiaries' monthly financial reports, supporting schedules and analysis, and reporting pack.

· Review processes, internal controls, and improvements in processes to produce timely reports.

· Review XBRL file for statutory filing, quarterly GST Form 5, and Tax computation.

· Liaise with internal auditors, external auditors, tax agents, and company secretary.

· Year-end audit and statutory filing requirements. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and statutory filing requirements.

· Liaise with banks on banking facilities matters.

· Assists in all areas relating to capital funding for the Group.

· All compliance issues concerning the Singapore Exchange (SGX-ST).

· Undertake any other ad hoc task assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/ACCA/Professional Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Experience in Group Consolidation and financial reporting
• Strong Technical knowledge of IFRS and statutory legislation
• Mature, dedicated, meticulous, supervisory experience and self-driven team player

Responsibilities

• Report to sales manager for Cybersecurity solution proposals
• Analyze customer RFQ for project proposal, raise and resolve any queries
• Responsible for communication with internal and external shareholders, generating technical and commercial proposal deliverables in time to support regional sales
• Prepare proposals / statement of work (SOWs) and respond to RFPs by articulating YEA Security’s value proposition against the customer defined requirements and propose winning solutions
• Responsible for technical and commercial proposal inquiry from regional sales for YEA in-house Cybersecurity products and external Cybersecurity products
• Support pre-sales activity to conduct technical clarification, presentation, and demo to customer
• Responsible for order booking preparation and proper handover to engineering team during project award
• Drive new business initiatives including new services or solution
• Develop sales materials for updated or new solutions

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science/IT
• Minimum 5 years experience as sales engineer or presales role. Solution sales engineering experience is preferred
• Understand OT cybersecurity standard, IEC62443, GICSP, NIST
• Create presentation with Powerpoint and create Visio network diagram
• Network or System solution knowledge
• Willing to travel
• Team player with ability to work among cross functional teams

Job Summary

The incumbent is a subject matter expert with main responsibility of operational excellence in the area of inventory procurement and excess management for the business. The responsibility includes business processes standardization, operational KPI dashboard, ERP system and application optimization.

The ideal candidate is the key liaison and integration point of contact between APAC markets and intercompany suppliers.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop effective process and create best practice with planning in inventory procurement and excess management
• Manage Japan inventory procurement to inbound receipt process management and execution.
• Develop and integrate KPI tracking mechanism for APAC operations portfolio
• Lead APAC monthly KPI review cadencel partnering with regional finance and in-markets operations lead.
• Key contributor in achieving company's KPI for operations - gross inventory, excess and obsolescence, net inventory management
• Develop PowerBI dashboard aiding inventory control and management review
• Key back-up support to in-markets operations lead and APAC demand planning.

• In-depth knowledge in demand planning process, understanding the full inventory procurement process from suppliers to in-markets
