Our client is Singapore leading player in Real Instate industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Retail Operations Manager, in hopes of expanding their retail operation team. They are located in the Town area – easily accessible.

Duties of Retail Operations Manager:

• Lead and Manage Operations: Direct the team in developing and executing strategies to enhance and maintain asset value across the portfolio.
• Ensure Smooth Operations: Oversee programs to guarantee continuous service for utilities, air conditioning, fire protection, and security. Ensure staff are trained in fire and life safety systems and all maintenance programs are up-to-date.
• Asset Management: Review and implement annual Asset Plans for each property.
• Tenant Management: Handle lease agreements, manage tenant renovations, and maintain strong tenant relationships.

Requirements:

• Degree in relevant field
• Minimum 7 years of retail mall management experience
• Good communication and stakeholder relationship management skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• To be part of the Loan and Treasury Operations
• Handle Treasury products (FX, Derivatives, Bonds, Money Market)
• Handle Loans from Corporate bank
• Handle relevant Operations project
• Handle IT system (SWIFT)
• Prepare relevant Operations, MAS reporting
• Write and improve Operations policies
• Work closely with other business stakeholders

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Business Studies/Finance/Banking/Economics/Commerce or any other relevant education
• Minimum 7 years of relevant loan and treasury operations experience in Banking industry OR 7 years of loan operations experience
• Meticulous, organized, team player and has good interpersonal skills

Job Scope

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality control systems and procedures to maintain high standards of product quality
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes, equipment, and final products to identify and resolve any quality issues
• Analyse production data and generate reports to track quality metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality concerns
• Train and mentor production staff on quality control best practices
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards, and ensure the company's compliance
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing operations and processes

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001
• Proficient in data analysis and the use of quality control tools and techniques
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and training skills
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in quality management or engineering
