Operations Assistant Manager's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1) Customer Service

· Attend to all walk-in potential customers and existing parents, phone calls and emails promptly and professionally

· Handle registration of new students, attend to requests pertaining to change of courses and time slots by existing students/parents, handle termination of courses by existing students

· Upkeep of Centre’s student management system and perform audit of system regularly

· Preparation of sales presentation kits

· Training of new and existing customer service executive

2) Administration

· Prepare invoices and handle payment collection

· Prepare debtors listings and send reminders for late payment

· Maintain petty cash and prepare daily collection report

· Assist the operation manager manager with resource management and team management

· Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the operations manager.

3) Support for Operations Manager

· Work with various stakeholders to resolve any conflicts or issues

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1) Qualifications:

• At least Diploma in any discipline (Full time)
• Experience: Prior customer service-related job experience is needed

2) Working hours:

• Weekdays (10.20 am to 7.20 pm), Weekends (8.30 am to 6.30 pm) with lunch and dinner break.
• The selected candidate is expected to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend or 3 weekdays and 2 weekends.

JOB SUMMARY

The Analyst Brand Operations will be an integral part of the brand management team, supporting the day-to-day management of the central Brand Centre portal including the DAM (Digital Asset Management). Brand Centre is the backbone of our brand management model - the candidate will govern the creation, distribution and organisation of digital assets on the platform, drive utilisation of assets to ensure we get full mileage out of the content produced across the Group. The goal is to deliver brand consistency, cost and resource efficiencies in alignment with the Bank’s brand management standards.

We are looking for someone with brand management or marketing experience, a background in managing martech products especially digital asset management platforms (Bynder, Aprimo, AEM, etc) to deliver system efficiencies will be highly regarded. Candidate must be comfortable working with technology and digital platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with CABM Operations and Technology teams to connect brand operations with the broader strategy and plans, reinforcing Brand Centre role as the bankwide DAM and the go-to brand platform.
• Support operating model transformation through reconfiguring brand management processes using new technology and tools

Brand Centre/ Digital Asset Management

• Day-to-day lifecycle management of digital assets on Brand Centre to ensure the platform delivers on business objectives and is fit for purpose.
• Gatekeeper for bank’s digital asset governance, ensure that all assets have the right licenses in place before utilisation and distribution.
• Collaborate with core technology teams to get right-level support for the platform:
  • CABM Operations & Infrastructure (O&I): platform configuration and development, governance, end user support
  • Technology & Operations (T&O): ensuring platform is managed in accordance with operational standards, delivery of strategic roadmap including integrations.
• Always-on DAM Management: content stewardship to ensure the integrity of digital assets housed on Brand Centre. Strengthen core DAM functionality by focusing on growing number of assets, templates and enhancing search capabilities and overall UX.
• Adoption: continue to drive awareness and adoption of Brand Centre across the Bank, including managing a training calendar for internal and external end-user groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations.
• Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of incoming and outgoing shipments.

• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and efficient loading and unloading of goods.

DRIVER

• Ensuring the smooth running of ceremonial services.

• Support the implementation of the vision, strategy, direction and leadership for the CPBB COB CDD team, consistent with the vision and strategy for CPBB COB and in support of the Group’s strategic direction and growth aspirations.

Business

• Provide CDD advisory in client level to business in relations to AML/CTF matters.
• Support relevant stakeholders to make decisions based on current and possible future policies, practices, and trends.
• Assist Line Manager to keep track of and provide advice to relevant stakeholders on the interpretation and application of policies related to CDD

Processes

• Review relevant policies/processes in relations to CDD compliance, aligning to relevant regulatory and group requirements.

Risk Management

• Make recommendations to relevant stakeholders on possible risk management responses to identified risks and/ or findings of concern from investigations- at client and portfolio level

• Manage escalations on account opening/onboarding issues requiring additional assessment and controls.

Governance

• For Audit (Internal & external), manage checks, queries and any other information requested by auditors.
• Review and manage monthly assurance check and complete submission on time
