Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end IOR/EOR operations for global shipments within the APAC region.

Requirements

Education:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or customs operations, with exposure to International Trade.
• Strong knowledge of IOR/EOR processes and international trade regulations, especially within APAC.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of the property including but not limited to all common areas, equipment, public walkways, external facade
• Vet and submit recommendations on tenants fit-out works
• Handle all incident/ complaint reports involving public or tenants
• Plan and implement building preventive/ maintenance programmes, and M&E plant and equipment maintenance programmes

8. Support various ad-hoc tasks as directed by management to ensure smooth operations

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in an administrative or operational support role would be advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and platforms such as Zoom and MS Teams is preferred
• Working around 20 weekends a year and occasionally after office hours is to be expected.
• Working after office hours and on weekends will be compensated by off-in-lieu.
