Sales Assistant Manager

• Support sales team in solution sales.

• Prospecting and identifying new market opportunities and establish new solution business model.

• Maintain and build good working relationship with existing and new customers and distributors.

• Formulate effective sales strategies to ensure share market share gains, increased profitability.

• Management of solution sales cycle includes analyzing customer requirements, preparation of sales proposals, testing of solutions, solution demonstration and installation.

• Conduct solution training for Sales Team and distributors.

• Management of projects development and implementation.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Computer Science or Engineering or relevant discipline with min 3 years of solution sales related industry.

Salary: $6000 + allowances + Commission

Job responsibilities

• Provide Cloud, ICT, IoT, up-to-date IT and integrated telecom solution design and technical project management to the Asia Pacific regional teams
• Interface with global telecoms (Eg. Singtel, NTT and Verizon) and enterprises (Google, Microsoft and Apple) throughout their project lifecycles, including part of the presales support and service provisioning
• Responsible for ICT and telecom solution development and product standardization, such as preparing business model, business forecast, budget formulation, development roadmap, service improvement plan, documentation, workflow, etc.
• Ability to foster positive relationships with internal and external clients

Job qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering/Telecommunication
• Certified in PMP, PRINCE II or CITPM
• Minimum 10 years of experience in global telecom and/or IT business
• Experience in working with global telecom and/or ICT company with success handling ICT solution or substantial customer project cases
• Experience in product development, consulting, and project management
• Experience in supporting or working with global Chinese organizations will be an advantage

We are looking for a Manager, Sales – Corporate (Singapore) to join our team!

As a Manager, Sales – Corporate (Singapore) we rely on you to:

• Responsible for implementing all sales activities for multi-property to maximize business opportunities and revenues in their specific area of responsibility, in order to achieve and to exceed the segment goals for the Singapore hotels
• Implements all sales action plans related to respective market(s) and account portfolio.
• Solicits and drives all negotiated–transient and group leads to achieve the set segment sales goals and targets for the Singapore hotels.
• Participates in development of the Area Sales Plan, budget and market audits, and implements corresponding sales action plans with the Business Development sales team.
• Gathers and shares information with sales leadership on market trends, competitor activity and emerging markets.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Hotel industry.
• Able to maintains the highest standards of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards all hotel guests, clients, colleagues and employees.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a sales team and build client relationships.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and influencing abilities to secure new business opportunities.

• The Manager/Senior Manager uses data analytics and determines new strategies to make production processes more efficient to meet organisation's goals.

• He/She establishes, implements and manages projects to meet operational objectives.

• He/She manages his/her team resources and balances between production requirement and manpower resources to ensure organisation's sustainability.

• He/She integrates quality principles and methodology to enhance engineering performance within the organisation.

• In addition the Manager/Senior Manager evaluates the organisation’s approach towards a lean enterprise and uses data analytics for business insights identification.

• He/She drives innovation practices in the organisation and review manufacturing processes to reduce working capital and optimize inventory levels.

• As a people manager, the Manager oversees manpower, financial, training and resource planning deployment within the organisation.

• He displays a high level of organisational awareness and leadership skills by working in a consultative manner with other departments/sections within the organisation.

~ Resolve workplace grievances and disputes.

~ Review manufacturing processes to reduce working capital and optimise inventory levels.
