• Monitor and ensure proper grooming and hygiene standards for all service staff are upheld.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is well-maintained and operational, adhering to SFA standards; promptly inform the management team of any issues.
• Collaborate with management on supply ordering, cost management, floor efficiency, and staffing needs.
• Assist in the company’s expansion plans and initiatives.

Restaurant Management

· Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines

· Liaise with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorise etc

Sales

· Push for sales and promotion

Cost Management

· Oversee stock level and order supplies

People Management

· Interview, recruit and supervise staff

Customer Service

· Handle customer enquiries and complaints

· Ensure customers' satisfaction

· Motivate and train staff

Administration and Reporting

· Prepare and present staff/ sales reports

· Handle administration and paperwork

Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors

- Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure renovation timelines are met and progress remains on track

- Plan and allocate labor, materials, and equipment to minimize delays and optimize productivity throughout the renovation process

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating favorable terms for materials and services while ensuring timely deliveries.

- Track project expenses, compare actual costs with projections, and implement cost-control strategies to manage budgets effectively without compromising quality

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing their concerns, and aligning stakeholders with the renovation process

- Ensure all renovation projects adhere to relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards by conducting regular compliance checks

- Perform site inspections to monitor quality, identify deviations from project specifications, and ensure the work meets established standards
