Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for liaising and meeting with customers for road construction and resurfacing projects
• Assist with planning, executing, and monitoring road and airfield runway construction and resurfacing project progress
• Assist Operations Manager in all road and airfield runway construction projects including resurfacing operations-related matters, manpower, equipment, safety, and site surveys
• Attend meetings with customers and clients
• Decision-making for equipment and team allocation
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Responsibilities

1. Retail Operations Management

• Oversee the daily operations of all retail outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows while maintaining high service standards.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand guidelines.
• Take responsibility for the protection and enhancement of the brand’s image across all counters and retail locations.

2. Sales and Profitability

• Drive sales performance and ensure profitability by achieving sales targets, maintaining optimal retail pricing, and controlling operating expenses.
• Analyze sales performance, margins, and net operating costs to develop strategies for financial improvement.
• Work collaboratively with the marketing team to implement and negotiate additional activities to boost sales and motivate Sales Associates.

3. Manpower and Team Management

• Recruit, manage, and evaluate store management staff, ensuring that all team members are equipped with the skills to succeed.
• Develop and implement effective training programs for team members, ensuring they are aligned with company policies and operational standards.
• Create and manage incentive schemes for store teams, setting realistic and motivating sales targets.

4. Point-of-Sale (POS) Marketing Strategy

• Execute marketing strategies and campaigns at the Point-of-Sale (POS) to drive customer engagement and increase purchases.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to tailor campaigns that align with retail goals and customer needs.

5. Training and Development

• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs for retail teams to ensure consistent service quality and adherence to brand standards.
• Continuously evaluate training effectiveness and update programs to address operational gaps or changing business needs.

6. Brand Integrity

• Ensure all retail outlets consistently maintain the brand’s image and uphold its reputation for excellence.
• Conduct regular evaluations and audits of store performance to address any gaps in customer service or operations.

Requirements

1. Educational Background

• Diploma/Degree in any discipline, with a strong foundation in business, retail operations, or a related field.

2. Experience

• At least 3 years of retail operations experience in a supervisory role, preferably within the F&B or related industries.
• Proven track record of managing and improving retail performance and achieving sales targets.

3. Skills and Attributes

• Strong people management skills with the ability to inspire, lead, and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
