Summary:

Ensure all warehouse instructions are issued on timely basis to Suppliers, 3rdParty Logistics (3PL) and packaging suppliers for on-time arrival of shipments to destinations globally.

Job Scopes:

Issue of Shipping Instructions (SI) - Timeliness of SI issuance is critical to the on-time departure from origin and arrival of raw materials to all Michelin plants worldwide.

Monitoring, analyzing, and troubleshooting of all operational issues encountered to find the best course of action for shipments of cargo.

Taking raw material leadtime and preparations into consideration when issuing SIs and dynamic situation concerning maritime activities

Logistics Coordination with Stakeholders - Effective liaising with relevant partners to ensure on-time deliveries and service commitment. In addition, to proactively alert stakeholders in case of any event of delays, failure and participates in the search for solutions.

In the event of issues, the planner must have the ability to analyze and identify the root cause of issue and implement corrective actions to remedy situation. This include cross communications with suppliers, shipping lines representatives and 3PL entities.

Provide detailed information on practices and tools to display effective monitoring of shipments and actions in place to address issues in the event of unexpected circumstance. (cargo delays, space capacity challenges etc).

Acquainted with analysis of data management and to propose solutions to improve logistics procedures with new and/or existing working methods.

Scope of Services

The deployed personnel will:

1. Perform manual work, including moving tables and chairs.
2. Conduct general cleaning duties for classrooms, special rooms, and school fields.
3. Assist in traffic warden and security duties, minor repairs, and DIY tasks.
4. Supervise term contractors as needed.
5. Work on a shift basis as assigned.
6. Undertake additional duties as directed by the School.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

The ideal candidate should have:

1. A Pass in PSLE or equivalent qualification.
2. At least three years of experience in school operations.

Summary:

As an Operations Associate, it is a new rewarding experience everyday. Leading the ground crew under the directive of the operations executive, you will ensure that the bikes are relocated to the right locations for our users to enjoy our service, and also ensure high service standards from the rest of the ground crew.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Relocate bicycles to ensure optimal availability for Anywheel users
2. Assist with Anywheel events on both weekdays and weekends as required
3. Conduct physical dormitory checks and engage residents as part of community outreach
4. Support logistics and operations during national events, ensuring compliance with guidelines and safety standards
5. Conduct on-the-job training and evaluations sessions for new ground crew to ensure readiness and alignment with Anywheel standards
6. Act as a tester for new implementations within the Ops App to improve usability and functionality
7. Perform basic maintenance tasks to ensure bicycles deployed are serviceable
8. Support various ad-hoc tasks as directed by management to ensure smooth operations

KEY ACTIVITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES

Responsible to the Operation Manager, your duties will include but not necessarily be limited to:

 Ensure all export shipments are build-up or tender to carrier on-time

 Communication on all export requirements with internal and external customers

 Trouble shooting of all export shipment issue

 Monitoring of Export BUP & Loose Transfer subcontractor to ensure compliance to GEODIS Standard Operating Process

 Billing on time for all customer billing assigned

 Ensure all Export Documentation ready in time for transfer to terminal on-time and pre-alert send before flight departure

 Work closely with vendor management transport team to meet customer service requirement and expectation

 Monitoring & updating of daily flight uplifting status

 Ensuring all milestones are updated accordingly to IRIS KPI

 Identify areas of improvement through daily export operations

 Submit at least 1 cost saving initiative plan once every quarter

 Keeping track and updates of export Shipment issue log

 Prepare 8D/CAR reports

ESSENTIAL EDUCATIONAL AND / OR TRAINING QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATES

 GCE ‘N’ level or above

 Or equivalent certification in logistic related field preferred

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

 Minimum of 2 years experiences of air operations in the airfreight industry.

 Good airfreight and air cargo knowledge.

NECESSARY TECHNICAL / FUNCTIONAL SKILLS

 Competent in computer skills and common applications (Office, Excel, PowerPoint & Word)

 Strong in interpersonal communication
